school is great

i hate my business writing teacher

i am loaded with homework

its awesome.

in june me and my ladieess are going on a roadtrip!!

we are driving our asses to myrtle beach!!

i couldnt be more excited. i've mapped out the route 3 times so far, we are taking the chesapeake bay bridge-tunnel :)

we are leaving at night and hope to hit the bridge around sunrise :D

we have a place for a week down there

its supposed to be us 3 ladies, been best friends for like 8 years now, and hopefully none of us back out!!! theres really only one of that will, and its been decided that if she backs out we are going to beat her up...hahaha...GREAT FRIENDS WE ARE, HUH?!!

ahh its going to be sooo much fuuunnnnnnnnnn

in other news, the baby daddy and I are on reconciliation terms. we have been for a few months now, and we are taking it verrrrrryyyy slow.

everything is a learning process. and I know Chris & I have had some volatile times, and I dont think what we did or said is ever going to be excusable but i do believe that we were young [and still are] and shit happens, and deep down we both now how it truly is between us. we know that we love each other unconditionally. at the end of the day hes the only one i think about, and all day every day, i'm all he thinks about. we've both taken the time apart to grow up a little, and concentrate on ourselves. but i;m not too worried about the whole relationship thing right now. i have alot on my plate and i'm just trying to get myself in better spot, financially, so i can take care of my son and raise him the way he deserves.

speaking of the lil munchkin, he is insanely intelligent. he is developing at rates i think are far beyond his age. he turned 2 in february. he talks up a storm. his favorite hobbies are basketball, football, soccer, and baseball..and any other sport that involves some kind of ball. and he seriously can play each sport, and knows the difference between them. he knows which balls relate to which sport. he knows how to dribble a basketball, "spiral" throw a football, kick a soccer ball, hit a ball with a bat..its insane. i think the most insane is that he can dribble a basketball, for some reason i am just amazed by this. and his throw..his throw is insanely on point.

on the downside of turning 2 in feb., he is a little brat sometimes, lol...i can not lie..

he screams. louuud. and usually only at me. he throws little tantrums that actually dont even bother me much cause i find it HILARIOUS to watch him flip out. i mean, i dont laugh at him but i do find it extremely hard to control it.

ughh and he gets into everything, i thought he got into everything before but now its just crazy. and he knows hes not supposed to! he is clearly testing me.

we have begun potty training. and he doesnt "hate" it, but doesnt get that when he needs to pee, or poop, he NEEDS to go on the potty. like, when he wakes up i;ll give him some juice, and put him on the potty, and he has fun..he likes it, i get his little book and he sits there and does his business, but if its any other time of day he won't let me know if he has to do potty and just goes in his diaper. (i realize the diaper could be whyy he thinks he can do this, we are waiting until its a bit warmer to put him in underwear..something about the coldness and peeing oneself that just doesnt fit with me..i dunno) & sometimes he'll tell me he wants to go potty, but he doesnt need to go. so we're working on that.

in july the family is going to canada for our family reunion, and im also very excited for that! we just recently applied for passports and im pretty excited to get mine :) makes me feel like im actually going somewhere awesome. canada IS awesome, but we go just about every summer, lol..at least if i have a passport i'll feel like i can just go ANYWHERE!

so yea thats whats going on in a nutshell..
